Succeeding academically and athletically means providing student athletes with top facilities. Most universities provide their athletes with weight rooms, training rooms, study rooms, and locker rooms. These facilities are centered on the student athletes needs.
The training room is staffed with multiple athletic trainers who can help the student athletes rehab injuries, tape athletes before practices, and schedule doctors appointments.
The weight room is staffed with multiple lifting coaches to help create workouts that are individualized for each sport. This helps the athletes prepare for practices and games by getting their bodies ready through lifting and conditioning.
