There are several resources that are provided for the student athletes in order for them to succeed at the university.

If an athlete gets injured and or has a disability there are resources that can help the student athlete not fall behind academically. Schools provide them with note-takers, transportation, and/or longer testing periods. All of these are subject to change due to the disability or injury.

Athletic directors provide student athletes with the preparation they need to succeed in the real word. They provide them with the following:

  • Career counseling
  • Career planning
  • Career placement.

Coaches are like another set of parents for the athletes. They stay on top of the student athletes academics and training schedules. Coaches also implement different rules that the players have to follow.
